This hotel surpassed my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the basic amenities in the rooms to the cleanliness of the bathrooms, every little aspect was taken care of. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was very near to the downtown area, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Whether you wanted to stroll down the pedestrian street or relax in one of the many parks, this hotel was perfectly situated.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good Breakfast.
The room was outdated with old dirty carpet. I had a non-smoking room, but it had a very strong smell of smoke. It has the quality of a budget hotel but doesn't charge as one.

A great staff member named Allan was incredibly informative and generous with tourist information on a very high level. His knowledge of different places to stay all over the province of Mendoza was critical in my great and productive stay visiting the wine country. He should be given a raise and great compliment for his professionalism. Kudos.

Location, price, breakfest, cost/benefits
The only problem we found was small but, scares when considering the hotels conduct: The price expected to be paied was USD35/night. But, when we had checked out, the exchange rate told by the reception guy, used for charging us and the oficial one were completely diferent. Since we were running out of time to take a bus back to Santiago, we just checked the price paied when we were in the bus and we found out that we were charged more then expected (USD42/night). That was completely inaceptable. Everything was good in the hotel, which we do recommend but, this small problem shows how "bad faith" can some individuals work with. Next time, pay in the currency you had booked - avoid exchanges.

The staff was really nice. They were always available and with a smile in their face. The hotel is in the downtown, so we have restaurants near.
We could hear the guys speaking in the room next to us. One night there was a lot of noise in the hall and it wake me up. The last day a group of tourists arrived and it was very noisy. I wouldn't recommend it for business.

The hotel was well-located, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was quite good. The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The hotel elevators were quite slow and had very limited capacity, which could be frustrating during peak times. The Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in all areas of the hotel. Some of the rooms seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovations, particularly in the bathrooms.
